He holds a law degree (2005), a master's degree in Public Law (2009) and a doctorate in Theory and Philosophy of Law (2015) from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. Specialist (MBA) in complementary pension (2009) by COPPE-UFRJ. Since 2006, he has been a Public Prosecutor of the State of Rio de Janeiro and has been assigned as Special Legal Adviser and Professor of Post-Graduation of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV Direito Rio). He is also an effective member of the Brazilian Association of Law and Economics (ABDE). It mainly works in the following subjects: economic analysis of the right, regulation of infrastructure and systems theory.
