She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) and a Master’s and PhD in Business Administration from the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EBAPE/FGV). She is currently a Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship at the Brazilian School of Economics and Finance (EPGE/FGV). Her research interests include financial innovations, derivatives, microfinance, and fintech.
