Visiting professor of Database and Information Modeling at the School of Applied Mathematics at Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. He completed his degree in computer technology at UNIVERCIDADE/RJ (2006), a master's degree (2011) and a doctorate (2018) at COPPE/UFRJ under the civil engineering program, with a research focus on urban mobility based on georeferenced data, such as such as data provided by mobile phone operators, IBGE and the transport sector. He worked for 20 years as a database administrator, thus managing to leverage research with large volumes of data. The research seeks to enrich, through comprehensive data analysis, traditional mobility inference methodologies. He manages the area of governance of computational infrastructures for research at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, where he seeks to leverage other research projects that are linked to larger informational architectures and/or involving identified data.
