He holds a degree in Naval Sciences from the Escola Naval (1993), Master's and Doctorate in Finance from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro / COPPEAD. He is currently an employee of the Central Bank of Brazil, a professor at IBMEC at the undergraduate and master's level and a volunteer researcher at the Master's in Business Administration at UFF.
