On Wednesday, April 13, the General Director of FGV/EPGE Professor Rubens Penha Cysne, met with PhD students to dialogue about career perspectives, both in the academic context and in the non-academic job market. Therefore, shared the experiences of major centers in the world, like MIT and presented the work of the Career Development Center at FGV, which will develop a specific project to graduate.
It was presented also by the Director, a preliminary proposal for the creation of a page on the School Portal to provide curriculum data of each student, such as the process of "Job Market", practiced internationally. The meeting was the first step, with the help of the Career Development Center, the Graduate Studies Office and the involvement of the students themselves and teachers, which goal is to improve the institutional support of EPGE in the job placement.
It was constituted a committee of five representatives of students for the next steps in the preparation of the preliminary project.
