The student of the EPGE Professor, Gil dos Santos Navarro, and the EPGE professor, Thiago Sevilhano Martinez, together with the EPGE professor, Aloisio Araujo, won 1st place in the "Artigos em Finanças Públicas" category of the 29th PRÊMIO TESOURO NACIONAL 2024. or article entitled "Reforma dos Indiretos Impostos no Brazil: dynamics of signatures, informality and the National Simples".

The contest was promoted and carried out by the National Treasury Secretariat (STN), with the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) as sponsor and the institutional support of the IDB - Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento e da Escola Nacional de Administração Pública (Enap), with the objective of expanding as borders of knowledge in public finances, promoting the normalization of specific topics when discussed consistently performs scientific research.
