About CAPES PRINT

The Institutional Project for Internationalization CAPES-PrInt aims to foster the development, implementation, and consolidation of strategic internationalization plans for the institutions selected in the prioritized fields of knowledge. It encourages the formation of international research networks to enhance the quality of academic production linked to graduate programs. The project expands actions to support internationalization in graduate programs at the institutions, promote mobility of faculty and students, with an emphasis on PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty members, both to and from abroad, affiliated with stricto sensu graduate programs with international cooperation. CAPES-PrInt seeks to encourage the transformation of participating institutions into an international environment and to integrate other funding initiatives by CAPES into the internationalization endeavor. The approved proposals, through Notice Nº41/2017, will focus on innovation, productivity, and visibility of Brazilian scientific production through financing.
