The conference will take place in the Graduate School of Economics of the Getulio Vargas Foundation, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Getulio Vargas Foundation is in Botafogo, a pleasant neighborhood facing the Sugar Loaf. It is also close to Ipanema and Copacabana, where most hotels are located. Although July is officially winter in Rio, temperatures are around 25 degrees Celsius. Besides, rainfall is the lowest for the year, allowing for a variety of pleasant outdoor activities.
